Applications are available in two funding rounds:
- 1 April – 1 May 2024
- 2 August – 2 September 2024
Criteria:
You are eligible for the above scholarship if:
- Have whakapapa Māori
- Demonstrate a commitment to hauora Māori
- Be an Aotearoa citizen
- Studying for a certificate or diploma qualification (Level 1-6). Qualifications including; health, leadership, business, administration, finance and data analysis to improve Māori health outcomes
- You agree to participate in any promotion activities associated with the scholarship
- You agree that information can be shared pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
To apply you will need to provide:
- Pepeha (you can include your iwi registration number)
- CV
- Cover Letter (please include the type of scholarship you are applying for)
- Confirmation of enrolment
- Course fees
- Two references from a kaumātua and/or employer
- Academic Transcript (not mandatory if this is your first year of study)
- Employment details (not mandatory)
